Walking Meditation — Energy Bagua

Bodhi Meditation Energy Bagua practice connects you with nature to quickly replenish your vital energy, improve your immune system, and recover from chronic illness. This practice is a pathway to grasping the balance of Yin and Yang energies in our bodies.

Practitioners of Energy Bagua have experienced: weight loss; energy rejuvenation; improvements of a cold body constitution; increased fertility; better memory; and delays of the aging progress. Via consistent practice people of all ages have benefitted.

Classes/Events

Energy Bagua

Bodhi Meditation offers an evening and morning walking meditation classes. They run for seven days and around two and a half hours each day.

Health & Happiness Class

Health and Happiness classes are 8.5 day retreat and are FREE of charge. The start time is at 9:30am and the class finishes at 6:30pm. Free vegeterian food is provided for lunch.
